Rosato, born from the 2020 harvest with a selection of grapes harvested in the old vines reared to the "maggiorina".

Potential for maturation: 4 - 6 years
Grado alcolico: 13%
Vinification: Manual harvest in the first week of October.
Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for one night in a steel tank.
After pressing, stay in a steel tank and bottling in June.
Variety of grapes: black grape variety typical of Upper Piedmont
Average age of the vines: 50 years
Yeasts: native No enzymes, clarifiers, stabilizers and no acidity corrector are added Maceration: 1 night on the skins
Aging: steel
