Romoletta was born in 2019 from the curiosity of making wine in purity one of the grapes that characterize the docs of Upper Piedmont. Obtained through maceration on the skins for almost two weeks, the wine has a vinous aroma and an intense garnet color.

Levites: indigenous.
Winemaking: hand picking the first week of October. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for two weeks with one punching-down per day.
